For those of you who have been following my blogs, you will know that I have not posted new ones in some time. I was out internet for about 2 months and then had some other things going on, and just didn't have the time to update things. I'm back now and I have tons of pics to share with you and will be updating my other blogs as well. I'm updating the Tigerhoms blog first as I feel it is the most important, and those of you who know me, know how I feel about this. You can visit the Tigerhomes sanctuary website here: www.tigerhomes.org . There is just Way too much info for me to list here, so you would do good to check it out yourself. And as I always do, I'm asking anyone out there who has never sent in a donation to anything ever in your life, or even if you have, to consider helping these guys out. I know some may be skeptical, and I was the same way and I never send any money to anyone without knowing what about the cause, and knowing where the money is going.
Yes, there are other websites, that have cams, but they are nothing like what these guys have. Believe me, I've checked out quiet afew. These guys have live, streaming images, not the stills that most websites have and you can see around 30 cams with tigers, lemurs, lions, leopards, and cougars. Folks it does take money to keep this going, and they do it for the education, and wildlife preservation. They do not breed at the sanctuary, and they are not open to the public. But people who donate can visit the sanctuary by appointment when the owners schedule permits. The sanctuary is owned and operated by one man and people let me tell you this guyis amazing! He does it all! He's a landscaper, electrician, cam wizzard, animal lover and caretaker and he does the biggest part of it on his own. This man has dedicated his life to helping these animals and trying to educate the future generations of tomorrow the importance of preserving wildlife! I strongly encourage you to visit their website and take a tour, there is so much to see and do and you will not be disappointed! Oh, and you can tell them the "Kitty" sent ya! :)
